From check in to checkout this hotel was first class. Rooms were clean and the staff welcoming and helpful. They served an excellent breakfast included in the hotel price. The drinks at the bar were smooth.Parking was a little far from the hotel, but it was a nice walk. Best, it was included as well, not common woth premium hotels. This is possibly the best place ive ever stayed.
The room was fantastic. We had a balcony looking over the street. It is old so there wasn’t a lot of outlets. They give you tickets for two drinks each night at their bar but it was so crowded we didn’t use them. They also give you free breakfast tickets. I read bad reviews about their breakfast but we didn’t find that at all, it was delicious. Everyone of the staff was so nice. I can’t wait to go here again.
We loved our stay at Casablanca Inn On The Bay in St. Augustine. The hotel has such a charming atmosphere with a unique historic Spanish spirit that makes it feel really special. Our room was cozy and full of character, and the whole place had a welcoming vibe. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious, a perfect way to start the day before exploring the city. And the complimentary martini was such a fun touch — it made the stay feel even more relaxing and memorable. If you’re looking for a place with charm, history, and great hospitality, this is the spot!
Could not ask for a more friendly, accommodating staff. Each person we encountered was more helpful than the last! The rooms we've had were beautiful, and we were amazed at how an inn of this age could have such nice, modern amenities. The mattresses and bed linens are like new and so comfortable... and the bathrooms spotless. Great WiFi and TV. Love the daily free drink (martini or other) and the complimentary breakfast is whatever you want, freshly made! Can't beat the location for easy walking to whatever you want to see or do. This inn is definitely our go-to place whenever we visit St Augustine. We're lucky to live within a few hours drive!
My mam came from Ireland to visit me in central Florida. Myself, my ma and my two daughters spent the night of November 28th 2025 in room 28 in the secret garden. It was absolutely fabulous. My ma has macular degenerative eye disease, so I wanted to get her up to see the lights of St Augustine. The room was great and we got two vouchers for free martinis, didn't have to wait on long line, and we got two breakfast vouchers. We had a great girls trip and everything was perfect. A little expensive, but worth every penny for an experience my ma may not have again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay & Outstanding Service Our stay at the Casablanca Inn was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The receptionists, Tia and Rachael, were truly phenomenal and provided genuine five-star service. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Joe, the server was absolutely phenomenal five star service five star meal and he made us feel like we were at home. Great southern Service. The room was perfect—quaint, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The location is amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. The shower was especially relaxing and revitalizing, exactly what we needed to unwind. We had an exceptional and memorable experience and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you to Tia, Rachael, and server Joe the entire Casablanca Inn team for such an outstanding visit. We will absolutely be back!
This bed and breakfast was beautiful and a great place to stay. It is right in the middle of everything. The complimentary breakfast was very good but the martinis were the best I have ever had. The only down fall was our bathroom had mold in the shower. It definitely needs to be redone. Other than that I would definitely recommend.
Room was very clean. Service was great. Price ( we booked early so that might matter) was great. Included drinks, parking and breakfast and was delicious. Micro complaint the soap and shampoo were so low end it would make Walmart jealous. So yes micro complaint… hot water was tricky in shower, but probably old plumbing , etc.
